👀Mrs. Jenkins had always prided herself on her green thumb.
She had a garden that was the envy of the neighborhood, and a house full of flourishing potted plants.
But one day, she noticed something strange.
👽One of her plants, a beautiful orchid she had been caring for for months, was starting to wilt. At first, she thought it was just a temporary problem, something that could be fixed with a little extra water and some fertilizer.
But the wilting only got worse.
👿As the days went by, more and more of Mrs. Jenkins' plants began to wither and die. She tried everything she could think of to save them, but nothing seemed to work. She consulted with other gardeners in the area, but they were stumped as well.
And then, things started to get really strange.
👾Mrs. Jenkins began to hear strange noises in the night. She would wake up to the sound of rustling leaves and creaking branches, but when she went to investigate, there was nothing there. She started to feel like she was being watched, like there was something lurking in the shadows.
👹One day, she found a strange symbol carved into the trunk of a tree in her garden. It was indecipherable, unlike any language she had ever seen before. She tried to scrub it off, but it seemed to be etched into the bark itself.
👺The wilting continued, and Mrs. Jenkins began to feel like she was losing her mind. She would wake up in the night, sweating and shaking, convinced that something was coming for her.
And then, one night, it finally happened.
💀Mrs. Jenkins woke up to the sound of breaking glass. She stumbled out of bed, heart pounding, and made her way to the living room. There, she found her prized orchid, the one that had started it all, smashed on the floor.
💧As she looked around, she realized that all of her other plants were gone. Every last one of them had vanished, leaving behind only empty pots and barren soil.
💩Mrs. Jenkins never fully recovered from the experience. She moved away from the house, never to return, and spent the rest of her days haunted by the memory of the indecipherable symbol and the wilting that had consumed her once-beautiful garden.
💦Some say that the symbol still exists, carved into the trunk of that old tree in Mrs. Jenkins' abandoned garden. Others say that the wilting has spread, that it is now consuming gardens all across the country.
But one thing is for sure: the indecipherable wilting is real, and it is coming for us all.
